Description
Travelling through the south of Switzerland, along the Alps, presents some beautiful scenery of almost fairy tale proportions. This particular scene was happended during a hike from Murren to Grimelwald, halfway up the Schilthorn from Lauterbrunnen. The explosion of colour on this gorgeous day was full of a huge range of tones, hues and vibrancy from bright greens through to the snowcapped whites of the steep mountainside. The wild flowers were in full bloom and this road wound wonderfully along the cliff side with these barns dotted along its length. Needless to say I couldn't keep my finger of the shutter button.
